Make Your Own Mug Night Create a mug that is uniquely yours! Join us for a fun, hands-on pottery night where you’ll learn the basics of making your own ceramic mug. Whether you’re a seasoned potter or completely new to clay, this class is designed for all experience levels. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and personalize your mug using hand-building techniques, learn the art of hand building a slab mug in this workshop. Learn about what slabs of clay are and how to build with them. Then add your own creative touches with texture, patterns, and details. Our instructor will guide you through each step, how to add a handle, and help you bring your ideas to life. When the mug is completely finished, it will be food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. Join Amy H. in this fun workshop! Beginner to advanced All ages (13 and under must be accompanied by an adult). September 12th and 26th Saturday evenings 6-8:30pm for both sessions. $48 per person The first date of the workshop will be to make the project. The second date of the workshop will be for glazing the project. Please allow up to 2 weeks before picking up your project during "Open Studio" hours listed on the website.
